Currently, the purchase_container app is based on the entire quotation.

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.
The ability to use purchase.order.line when building a container. Either a full line, or a partial line should be able to be selected.

Describe alternatives you've considered
A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.
Changing our PO structure to be by container.
