product_supplierinfo_qty_multiplier: Use it through orderpoints

@victoralmau @pedrobaeza @legalsylvain As I see, this module does allow to update purchase line quantity per supplier buy multiples (superior).

But, it does not manage that process through orderpoints workflows.

Do you manage that case in another way (another module) or could be this an improvement of this one ?
