Consider releasing a new 1.0.x version

• I vaguely remember @bertsky reporting a dependency problem and I'm not sure if I already resolved it → Investigate.
• Consider using GitHub workflow to publish on PyPI (consult with @kba first, as this is an OCR-D project)
• Consider moving on to use pyproject.toml + setuptools_ocrd (consult with @kba again.)
• Review changes since last release (New release necessary?)

Note: I recently released calamari-ocr==1.0.7 off the accumulated fixes of the past year. It's not on PyPI yet, because no-one currently has credentials, but with Calamari-OCR/calamari#358 we can do that via Github Actions.

I just wanted to let you know, since in the past you had parallel releases of ocrd_calamari here.
