missing ingressClassName for k8s clusters v1.18+

ingressClassName is needed on my cluster,
and the annotation is not working anymore.

I’ve opened a PR to add the ability to set the ingressClassName

feel free to comment/test it,
I’ve tested it on k8s version 1.25.6

I’ve successfully deployed OCSinventory with my branch
