Request adding smartsim to OpenFOAM package index (OPI)

Hey Tomislav @tmaric I had a look into this repo. Would you be up for adding it to the OpenFOAM package index we want to start at https://github.com/exasim-project/opi ? Also, feel free to add any package to it you feel is worth sharing!
