viz.show() is not working in jupyterbook #24
Description
The interactive visualization is not working nicely when creating the documentation with jupyterbook. I added a workaround, which does not look nice and we probably need to adapt this. I saw we maybe could use panel, which could also be an option for creating stand alone html (#3).
