Description
The flexibility of python allows us to explore new ways of implementing cohorts that take advantage of OMOP extension tables.
We should explore and evaluate approaches to allowing extension registration at run-time. Users should then be able to explore these extensions as if they are native to the circe specifications. Naturally, this will aid adoption and ultimately help to decide if they become part of the cdm.
