EPISODE TABLE: episode_object_concept_id rules

Hello everyone!
After reading the rules to complete episode_object_concept_id, a doubt came out.
This field must be filled out with a standard concept but, how should we proceed when we don't have a satandard concept?
For example, there are many drug regimenes that don't have a standard concept but do have a non-standard one.
Can't we use it in episode_object_concept_id field with its pertinent concept 32531 (Treatment Regimen) in episode_concept_id field?
