[Bug] OrientiationMarkers do not update when using Orientation tool at the top left

Describe the Bug

When using the Orientation Menu at the top left the Orientation Markers (left center and top center) do not change accordingly.

Steps to Reproduce

Open any CT series
Use Orientation Menu at the top left
See that Orientation Markers do not update accordingly

The current behavior

Open any CT series
Use Orientation Menu at the top left
See that Orientation Markers do not update accordingly

The expected behavior

The orientation markers need to be hard linked to the display image coordinate system
