[Bug] Color is reset on 3D image

Describe the Bug

Found in 3.13 beta.42
When reset is selected on a 3D image, the skin color is reset as well.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Display a study in 3D e.g. https://viewer-dev.ohif.org/viewer?StudyInstanceUIDs=1.3.6.1.4.1.25403.345050719074.3824.20170125095438.5
2. Switch to 3D layout
3. Zoom in on 3D image
4. Click reset

Color of the 3D image is reset

The expected behavior

Color is not reset
