When a study is locked by another user or system consolidation, the viewer shows a read-only banner. Currently there's no way for the user to know when the lock is released without manually refreshing.
Changes:
- Poll every 10s to check if the edit lock has been released
- Replace amber lock banner with green 'Refresh to edit' prompt when available
- User clicks to reload and acquire the lock
