Repeater Unable to Hear Complete Voice Transmission

Hello, I have deployed your program. Hytera repeater RD980 firmware version 8.05. From the logs （see attached output.log)

, there are some debug messages, as shown below. When there is voice data from dmrgateway, the repeater can only hear the initial 1-3 seconds of the voice transmission, and then the audio cuts out. Approximately 10 seconds or more later, another 1 or 2 seconds of voice can be heard.
Can you help me see where the problem is? The program is deployed on a Raspberry Pi 3, and the Raspberry Pi and the repeater are both on the same local network.
