chore: migrate from "newEditWizardEvent" to oscd-edit-dialog #1
Description
- remove foundation.ts
- appears to be mostly wizard related,
- Add the to oscd-editor-template.ts
- Refactor 3 places dispatching newEditWizardEvent to open OscdEditDialog
- Refactor single place dispatching newCreateWizardEvent to open OscdEditDialog
- Correct Unit tests accordingly
