test: Add @material/web tests for components we're wrapping

Currently no tests are covering our components, but since @material/web is recieving no updates, the only thing tests would cover us against, would be browser that some how breaks something on Webkit, Firefox or Chrome.

Idea here is to copy over the existing unit tests and add to them as needs be going forward.
