Help: 413 Payload Too Large on /v3/notices/submit in Preview environment

Hello,

I am using the Preview API endpoint:

POST https://api.preview.ted.europa.eu/v3/notices/submit

My xml notices pass validation successfully, and nothing has changed on my implementation side. Since the recent Preview environment changes on Friday (22.08.25), I consistently receive:

HTTP 413 Payload Too Large
{"title":"Payload Too Large","status":413,"detail":"Maximum upload size exceeded"}

Submitting the same XML through Swagger UI works without errors.
Could you confirm if there have been any changes in the Preview environment related to request size handling and advise on how to resolve this issue?

I’ve attached a screenshot of the request and response I’m getting. Even when I submit an almost empty XML like this:
<ContractAwardNotice></ContractAwardNotice> - I still receive the 413 Payload Too Large error.
This makes me think the issue might be related to the Content-Disposition filename length rather than the XML content.

The filename I’m using is: 'Обявление за възложена поръчка – Общата директива, стандартен режим.xml'. When I shorten the filename to just: 'Обявление за възложена поръчка.xml' the submission is successful.

On Production, we are able to submit notices with these longer filenames without any issues. The problem only appears in the Preview environment.
