In doc I read :
The main information about the performance of the contract (e.g. intermediary deliverables, compensation for damages, intellectual property rights) shall be marked:

Making notice subType 18 , although it is CVS valid it lacks the tag :

However I noticed that a similar tag ( NDA ) is so configured :
ND-NDA[repeatable=false,xpathRelative=cac:ContractExecutionRequirement[cbc:ExecutionRequirementCode/@listname='nda']]
BT-801-Lot[repeatable=false,xpathRelative=cbc:ExecutionRequirementCode[@listname='nda']]
BT-802-Lot[repeatable=false,xpathRelative=cbc:Description]

that is with a field with the code and another with the description, while for Terms Performance (BT-70)
there is 'only' :
ND-ExecutionRequirements[repeatable=false,xpathRelative=cac:ContractExecutionRequirement[cbc:ExecutionRequirementCode/@listname='conditions']]
BT-70-Lot[repeatable=false,xpathRelative=cbc:Description]

The issue described is indeed present in SDK 1.6. As you indicate, there was no field for the cbc:ExecutionRequirementCode with listName="conditions", so the rules requiring the presence of BT-70-Lot were not correctly enforced.

This was resolved in SDK 1.7.0, by adding the field OPT-060-Lot, and making it mandatory for notice subtypes 17, 18 and 22 :

Thanks for pointing that.
OPT-060 is indeed mandatory for notices 17, 18 and 22 are rules exist for that. Further analysis are needed to check whether this is relted to a known issue or not.

I've got a little problem with the new field OPT-060-Lot. ( sdk 1.7)
you defined it child of ND-LotTenderingTerms, while BT-70-Lot is child of ND-ExecutionRequirements which in turn is child of ND-LotTenderingTerms

As our 'phisicalModel' processes first node children of ND-LotTenderingTerms ( and children of nodes children ) , OPT-060-Lot is managed before BT-70-Lot and the result is :

<cbc:ExecutionRequirementCode listName="conditions">performance</cbc:ExecutionRequirementCode>
</cac:ContractExecutionRequirement>
cac:ContractExecutionRequirement

instead of :
cac:ContractExecutionRequirement
<cbc:ExecutionRequirementCode listName="conditions">performance</cbc:ExecutionRequirementCode>

</cac:ContractExecutionRequirement>

Can you move BT-70-Lot under LotTenderingTerms , after OPT-060-Lot , changing of course its relative path, or perhaps better make a new node for both ?
