Add new sdk version 1.7.0 in maven central repository

In maven central there are versions up to 1.6.
Please add 1.7.0 also there!

Version 1.7.0 is now available on Maven Central.
We had to delay the publication on Maven Central for technical reasons, but we hope that future version will be available on GitHub and Maven on the same day.
