"Maximal" eForms Notice examples, SDK 1.8

Attached are example eForms Notice examples used by the OP internally to test the TED Viewer. They may be useful to eSenders, particularly as they include all Fields across a range of eForms subtypes.

Please note:

• These are intended to test the TED Viewer
• They contain all eForms Fields used across a range of eForms subtypes
• Field values are fictitious, some are contradictory
• They will fail CVS validation
• Every XML element for an eForms Field is preceded by an HTML comment including the Field ID and Field Name
