Could it be that we have created the production API Key (https://developer.ted.europa.eu/home) and we do not have the account created in eNotice2 Web UI (https://enotices2.ted.europa.eu/home )? |

When invoking the publication API (validation-report, search-esentool, submit operations) in production we get the following error:
403 Forbidden from POST http://uaa.teden2.production.internal.op.aws.cloud.tech.ec.europa.eu/auth/internal
