`hasLegalFormType` should be concept not literal #543

Currently epo:hasLegalFormType is a datatype prop (literal). This means that:

you can't express the same legal type in multiple languages
you can't reuse a nomenclature like GLEI RAL (see Wikidata prop GLEIF registration authority code (P9487))

in contrast, rov:orgType is an object prop (skos:Concept)
