RoleRequirement is doubled in SystemUnitClasses

1. Open opc.ua.fx.ac.nodeset2.xml.amlx in the AutomationML Editor.
2. Install the XML-Viewer Plugin
3. Select the SUC AutomationComponent from SUC_http://opcfoundation.org/UA/FX/AC/
4. In the XML Viewer, search for RoleRequirements.
5. You will find that RoleRequirements are duplicated in several places.

This is happening in the AmlEngine (4.4.0)
SystemUnitFamilyType::CreateSupportedRoleInstanceElements will duplicate each Role

			rrq = internalElement.RoleRequirements.Append();
			rrq.RefBaseRoleClassPath = role.RefRoleClassPath;

then
internalElement.RoleRequirements.AppendRaw(rrq.Node);

It looks like this might be addressed in the latest version 4.4.3.
