Signing of AMLX containers

Implement the signing of the created AMLX container as part of the converter (or as a separate tool).
Example code is available on UAFX sharepoint.

Solution available using modified version of OpenOpcSignTool. Need to check with UAFX security whether the code base is safe to use.
