Issue Description:
I will implement push and email notification endpoints to alert sellers about important auction events, such as new bids, auction expiry, and bid acceptance. The backend will automatically trigger notifications when these events occur, ensuring sellers stay informed in real-time.

Approach:

-> Create REST endpoints for sending and fetching notifications.

-> Integrate email notifications using services like Nodemailer or SendGrid.

-> Implement push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging or Web Push API.

-> Trigger notifications on key auction events, including new bids, auction nearing expiry, and bid acceptance.

Benefit:
This will enhance seller engagement, improve user experience, and ensure critical auction updates are never missed.

I also have hands-on experience integrating Nodemailer in previous web applications, which will help implement this efficiently.
