SARAR4 To R5 Conversion

We will be replacing the SARA-R4 4G LTE chips with the SARA-R5 5G version, so we need to update the previous code to support the new chips. This should be plug and play for the most part, as these chips are pin-to-pin compatible with each other.

Necessary Steps:

1. Download the most recent TinyGSM library for R5 support.
2. Validate functionality on hardware.
3. Release new board profile with the updated library.
