Feature/iot 1431 patch validator and ua parser (#204)

* Added missing packages to package lock

* Updated vulnerable packages

* Create .licrc for licensebat scan

* Removed ua-parser-js, removed forbidUnknown as it is default now

* Added device model to /api/v1/application/{id}/iot-devices (#206)
