🗺 Create an OS2iot Supplier Landscape Diagram

🧭 Objective

Create a comprehensive and easily readable diagram that illustrates the OS2iot application landscape, in a holistic way by including cloud providers, suppliers, and organizations involved.

Current Situation

We have a complex ecosystem of providers, suppliers, and organizations involved in the OS2iot project. This information is currently not visually represented, making it difficult for stakeholders to understand the overall structure and relationships.

Proposed Solution

Develop a Mermaid diagram 🗺 that clearly shows:

1. Cloud Providers (GitHub, Azure, etc.)
2. Suppliers (Iterator, KMD, etc.)
3. Organizations (GovTech Midtjylland etc.)
4. Relationships between these entities
5. Production instances and their locations

Additional Considerations

• Consider breaking down into multiple diagrams if it becomes too complex

Definition of Done

• Diagram accurately represents a holistic view of the OS2iot application landscape
• Diagram is easily readable and understandable by all stakeholders
• Digram code is well-commented and easy to maintain

OS2 wants to contribute to this issue and I have made a sketch, that could be the basis for a PR. I have attached an example of the unfinished diagram here so we have a common understanding about what im suggesting and as a starting point for an exchange of knowlegde about the Os2Iot application landscape.

@ThinLissy, @kristianrl, I have tried to illustrate what is known to me and what are obvious connections.. But as evident from the above, i need some more data to make an accurate depiction.

I hope we can get some feedback from stakelholders in the project that have som historical insights...

As we get more data, and if you find it usefull i could further more contribute with a historical application / product timeline diagram, but lets discuss that later in a seperate issue if relevant..
