MSCatalog cache not updated until 16 April 2025

Hello, is it possible to have a procedure to manually update MSCatalog cache since it's not updated since 16 April 2025?

I noticed Update-OSMedia is calling Get-WindowsUpdateManifests and this function is just referring to the cache.
I didn't find any procedure to update $(Get-OSDModulePath)\cache\archive-osd-manifests\mscatalog
