Cumulativ updates

Hi
Im pretty new to osdbuilder and trying to figure out all steps.
Today i was trying to get the latest updates from patch tuesday but cant find them.
I have runned 
osdbuilder -update
update-osdsus

Is there a good step by step guide to have a good windows 11 image?
What im i missing?
