Cookiecutter GRASS addon template

Hi, I created a simple GRASS python addon template using cookiecutter:

Any feedback is welcome. Questions/ideas:

• where should this live? Under OSGeo/cookiecutter-grass-addon? Inside addon or core repo (would be slightly harder to invoke for users)?
• Could be tailored to raster vs vector focused addon (right now it's raster)
• add pytest (now it uses gunittest)
• tailor to submitting in GRASS addons repo vs individual repo (could include CI for example)
• add CI to the cookicutter addon repo
• something similar for C
• is this useful at all?

It seems that there's a way to have a directory be used for cookiecutter, but it needs a command line argument --directory. https://cookiecutter.readthedocs.io/en/latest/advanced/directories.html

It seems probably cleaner to have its own repo, but then probably a little bit more complicated to keep updated with the rest of our repos.
