I keep getting this error while the DK2 is connected

Hello,

can anyone help me with this error? how can i connect the oculus rift dk2 ... i want to use it to obtain the sensor data of the rift and transfer it to a robot for manupilation

does it have anything to do with hardware issues? the oculus dk2 is connected
