US_change.csv dataset differs in 'All fpppy data' download to individual download

When US_change.csv is opened from 'All fpppy data' it contains only three columns: ds, consumption, income.
The version of US_change.csv that downloads from the chapter 7 stand alone link contains many more columns. From the Ch 7 examples, it seems like the version with more columns is the expected dataset and the dataset contained within the 'All fpppy data' is incorrect.
