Added AIX interim_fix, os_level tests and Solaris package, package511 and patch54 tests back to OVAL 5.12.3

Refer to pull request #226 and discussion #224 these tests were added back to OVAL 6.0 and should have been added back to OVAL 5.12.1 but were overlooked.

Tracking now for our next bugfix release.
