* Added comprehensive unit tests for AnchorTitle Component

* test: added comprehensive unit tests for AnchorTitle component

- Added 40+ test cases covering rendering, props, events, and edge cases
- Test scroll behavior, URL hash handling, and browser history updates
- Include accessibility, performance, and integration test coverage
- Mock external dependencies (slugify, FontAwesome, browser APIs)
- Verify proper cleanup of event listeners and focus management
