In the Android tests we have https://mas.owasp.org/MASTG/tests/android/MASVS-CRYPTO/MASTG-TEST-0232/ for broken modes, let's create the iOS counterpart.

Follow the style of https://mas.owasp.org/MASTG/tests/ios/MASVS-CRYPTO/MASTG-TEST-0210/

Also add a demo like https://mas.owasp.org/MASTG/demos/ios/MASVS-CRYPTO/MASTG-DEMO-0018/MASTG-DEMO-0018/ but for encryption modes.
