OWASP Board Meeting Proposal Summary and Collaboration Space

Dear OWASP Community Members,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to share an update regarding the recent OWASP board meeting. I took the initiative to watch the recorded video of the meeting, during which there was a request to have all proposals submitted for funding summarized into one page. In order to streamline the process and provide a clear overview of the projects, I have created a spreadsheet that includes each request and the resources requested for each project.

In an effort to foster collaboration and encourage further discussions on potential funding opportunities, I am keeping this conversation open to the community. This will serve as a space for members to engage in discussions regarding any new projects that are interested in funding, as well as for exchanging ideas, suggestions, and feedback on the existing proposals.

I have already shared the summary spreadsheet with the Board Chairs, Executive Director, and Project Committee to provide them with an easily digestible overview of the current project proposals. This will hopefully assist them in their decision-making process and allow for a more efficient allocation of resources to the projects that align with OWASP's mission and strategic goals.

If you have any suggestions, additional projects for funding, or would like to join the discussion, please feel free to participate in this conversation. Your input and collaboration are invaluable in driving our community forward and in ensuring that we continue to make a positive impact on the global application security landscape.
