[FEATURE] open an xml in GUI via cli

It would be handy to open an xml in GUI via cli

e.g. in edit.bat/edit.sh
formation-studio layout.xml

currently there is no option for it

usage: formation-cli [-h] [-r FILES] [-c KEY [VALUES ...]] [-u] [-v]
formation-cli: error: unrecognized arguments: layout.xml

To do that, use:

python -m formation layout.xml

That opens the preview, I would need the editor with layout.xml autoloading.

So you need a way to open the design file on the studio through the CLI? I think I can implement that.

Yeah, so I don't have to remember the name of the editor in cli after a few months, since it doesn't have a desktop icon.

I could have an edit.bat in project folder with something like this
formation-studio layout.xml

Seems handy, but low prio.
