Drag and drop of part

It is not possible to drop a part to an other part. But it is possible to drop a part (contained in a part) to the block.

Steps:

• create an ibd
• in the block : add a part named : part1
• in this part add a part named: part2.
• drag and drop the part2 to the block (at this moment the block have 3 parts and in the model the property correpsonding to the part is moved under the block.
• try to drag and drop the part2 on the part1, This action has no effect.

The drag nd drop mechanism change the owner of the property. and when the property is dorp on the part it became a sub property. It is no more a part.
