Trivy results

Hi! It's really nice that you have put this together. I'm curious about the README where you said that you got better results with Snyk than Trivy - any chance you could share some examples where Trivy was incorrect? We'd love to get them fixed

I've done those test a while back and I don't really remember any major result differences between the two. I just tested some random images on the docker hub that were not updated in a long time. What I meant by "Better results" was simply a bit more CVEs found by snyk.
