License Collecting

Hello,

After everything with the OGL, we've been trying very hard to keep this space as legitimate as we can. So far, so good, I think? However, what I could really use some help with is someone to go and collect the varying licenses from different publishers, and either make a nicely formatted set of markdown documents for each one, or add it to a section within the wiki.

I am also not against getting a GitHub pages setup specifically for this task as a "beginning."

Some publishers, even with so many signing onto the ORC, specifically prohibit their content from being shared even as far as looking like their trade dress (looking like their content).

• Furthermore, we can reference certain trade dresses, such as the game name, region names, etc.
• We can create custom and original content for any system using these rules.
• Published supplements indicated that are free to use are good, the rest is no good. Videos are not good period.
• Illustrations are ok if obtained from the stock collection, and if obtained from public domain.
• need to have their logo
• Need to have their disclaimer. I'll probably throw the US fair use verbiage in there too since Github is owned by MS and HQ'd in America.
