Add ability to capture pre/post lowering checks #6
Description
Most Sealog operators would like the ability to use Sealog to record their pre/post lowering checks. This requires developing a new sections of the UI that are not available to all users.
The checklist may be completed/viewed by multiple users simultaneously so this section needs to auto-updates for all users as the checklist is completed.
This feature will require a section for defining/editing what items are on the checklist just like for the event templates.
This feature will require a section for editing the checklist values after they have been submitted.
This feature will also require expanding the sealog-server API for storing the checklist items.
