[Cross Mod Compatibility] Makes vanishing vanish players from maps

Currently you can see players with the vanishing effect in xaero's map mods, which can defeat the purpose of the Scarf of invisibility, I suggesting making it so that they disappear from the maps, like how its done with regular invisibility or iron's spellbooks true invisibiblity effects
