suggestion: add the ability to tweak the elytra durability warning threshold

add an option in the config to change the threshold the "ELYTRA HEALTH LOW" warning shows up at
and add a second durability warning like "ELYTRA HEALTH VERY LOW" to appear at a lower durability threshold
