suggestion: new features for installing server version of plugin

• 1. Thrusting without firework (Like we have in do a barrel roll)

• 2. Web radar radar that will be working by adding somewhat of TCAS system

• 3. Execute system failures for a dedicated player (Will be availble only for operators and only for fun)

• 4. Server flight plans

features 1 and 2 are best left to other mods (DaBR and dynmap), 3 and 4 sound cool but they'll be on very low priority
