In Platform Hub, deleting a shared process template does not un-share it automatically #9829

I could reproduce the problem in the latest build
What happened?
If you create a process template in the platform hub and then share the template, it becomes available when adding a process template to a project.
If you then delete this shared template without selecting "Stop sharing this template" the template is deleted from Platform hub but still remains usable in deployment processes.
Reproduction
Create a Process Template and share it in an Octopus Space.
Delete the Process Template.
Observe the process template is still available in deployment process configuration.
Workaround
If you create a new process template with an identical name to the one that has been deleted, you can click the "stop sharing this template" button on the new template, which will also hide the deleted one.
