[Feature] Add an option to allow custom headers to be added for HTTP Requests #151

Overview
It would be nice to have an option to add custom headers for all HTTP Requests that will be sent to the API. This would allow us to self-host Octopus behind a proxy or Cloudflare and authenticate requests with a client/secret in the header.
