include whitelist era list in auto update task

R.n it's hardcoded https://github.com/OffchainLabs/arb-token-bridge/blob/master/packages/arb-token-bridge-ui/public/token-list-42161.json

• Even tho we don't add/remove tokens to it, ideally it would get auto updated for when/if a gateway changes
• The public endpoint needs to be preserved (or redirect etc)
