Link my Bot Application to my AzureAd application

I am trying to get all installed users, but I get it from my local .json file and not from the Microsoft teams users that installed the application.

In the meeting with the customer support, they notice that the connection to my Bot Teams Application the connection to my Microsoft Azure AD that I added to the authentication is not attached.

I revieved the users from the graphQL API, but I want to send the message from the bot I created. I am using the code below:

Using the code, I cannot get the installed users that I can send the meesage to. How can I solve it?

I created the teams application using the VS code teams toolkit and I used the code for the template project.
I added my Azure AD application as an authentication method.

I had a meeting with the support but they told me to write my issue here

Hello @ox-barazouri , Could you please check that your Azure AD application is correctly configured and attached to your bot. This involves registering your bot with Azure Bot Service and configuring the necessary API permissions.
also, verify that you are using the correct GraphQL API endpoints and that the API permissions are properly set up to retrieve the installed users and Make sure that your bot is correctly set up to send messages using the Bot Framework. This includes configuring the bot's messaging endpoint and ensuring that the bot has the necessary permissions to send messages.

I read the documentations, but I still get the installed users from the local file .notification.localstore.json and not from the installed application from the channel in teams.

I clicked in the bot channel "Open in teams" and then expected that the code will return my user that run the teams application.

This is the function I am using in my own service to send the message, but cannot find the user and conversation to send the users for:

Im trying to make request to my web app service https:///api/notification

It's not finding the users who installed the application. Locally all works but when I run it direct from the promoted web service that reaching out the bot service it is not working.

How can I fix that?
