I am trying to use the sample meetings-events provided by Microsoft.

Following the steps in the documentation, I was able to receive the meeting start and end events, as implemented here.
However, I am not receiving the participant join and leave events.
How can I resolve this issue?

However, I created the bot using an Azure Bot resource, as described in the documentation—not through the Teams Developer Portal.
In the Developer Portal, the associated bot is identified by its Azure Bot Service ID under Configure > App Features > Bot, but its Bot ID does not appear in the Bot Management section of the Developer Portal.

Therefore, I am unable to subscribe to the participant join event in the Developer Portal as described in this documentation.

1.Grant Admin Consent for RSC Permissions: Go to Azure Active Directory > App Registrations > Your Bot App. Under API Permissions, ensure the RSC permissions are listed and grant admin consent.
2.Enable Real-Time Meeting Events in the Developer Portal: Navigate to Tools > Bot Management > Real-Time Meeting Events in the Developer Portal. Enable the "Participant join" and "Participant leave" events and save.

Thank you for the information. As described in the link you provided, I created the bot outside the Developer Portal using Azure Bot Service.

Following the instructions, I attempted the steps below; however, the bot does not appear under Bot Management:

Import Your App into the Developer Portal:
Go to the Teams Developer Portal.
Click Import an app and upload your app’s manifest file (manifest.json).
Once imported, your bot should appear under Apps and Tools > Bot Management.

On the other hand, when I create a bot directly in the Developer Portal and enable "Participant join" and "Participant leave" events, it becomes possible to receive participant events.

Once I imported app into developer portal, there is a bot in app feature.

But there is not the bot in Tools > Bot Management, so I cannot change Meeting event subscriptions.

Could you please follow the below steps
To enable full bot configuration (like meeting event subscriptions):
Go to Tools > Bot Management in the Developer Portal.
Click “Create your first bot” (or “+ New Bot”).
Register the bot manually using the same Microsoft App ID as your Azure Bot.
Once registered, you’ll be able to configure meeting events like participantJoined and participantLeft.

Thank you for your information.
Once Click “Create your first bot” (or “+ New Bot”), Microsoft App ID is automatically created. There is not configuration for App ID. I can only create new client secret, but cannot change App ID associated to the Bot.
