i connected my Apps to my ACS and given permission of use ACS to my teams but can't able to admin consent to that ACS permission to my app , But i,m able to call to one acs token to another acs token and call with teams echo bot '8:echo...' i,m using the code in node js please provide me better solution

hey i created the firs app by app registration and added the permission of graph api and ACS use in that app and then created the ACS also and by generating acs multi auth token then we can talk on call between both token acs to acs and acs to echo bot but i,m unable to call teams user why ? this is my code = import { CallClient } from "@azure/communication-calling";
