Bumps [Microsoft.IdentityModel.Abstractions](https://github.com/AzureAD/azure-activedirectory-identitymodel-extensions-for-dotnet) and [Microsoft.IdentityModel.Logging](https://github.com/AzureAD/azure-activedirectory-identitymodel-extensions-for-dotnet).
